7/20/98 Mr. Lloyd Shoppa, Chairman Clean Air Flow Inc. 525 Great Southwest Parkway Arlington, Texas 76011   Dear Mr. Shoppa:   I wanted to inform you of the results of our extended fuel efficiency testing on our forklifts after installing your Clean Air Flow Catalysts. The increase in fuel efficiency averaged 29% after installaion at our Arlington, Texas location.   The hydrocarbons before installation were over 2000 Parts Per Million (PPM) and after installation they were reduced to 36 Parts Per Million (PPM) a reduction of 98%. The carbon monoxide before installation was 6.09% and after installation the carbon monoxide was to 0.85%, for a reduction of 86%.   The new forklifts that have been ordered require installation of the Clean Air Flow Catalysts before delivery.
