Suggested Installation Diagram to be used for Clean Air Flow Catalyst to be installed on over the road vehicles using gasoline, diesel or LPG

 
Installation Instructions for Rubber Fuel Hose:

NOTE: When cutting lines be sure to leave a proper length of line to reach re-connection points at hose ends
a: Cut rubber fuel hose, allowing enough room to install
b: Slip rubber fuel hose over barbed fuel lifting at both ends,
c: Secure with clamps, then check for leaks.

 
Installation Instructions for Solid Fuel Line:

Mounting brackets supplied with all catalyst sizes
a: Cut metal fuel line as close to carburetor or fuel injections entry as possible
b: Using high-pressure push-loc fuel hose, attach to push-loc fitting then slip over steel line and tighten clamps.
c: Check for leaks.

 
Installation Instructions for Teflon or Plastic Fuel Lines:

Mounting brackets supplied with all catalyst sizes
a: Cut plastic fuel line
b: Carefully push plastic fuel line over barbed fitting. A heat gun might help soften up the plastic line.
c: Check for leaks.
