Warrants all EPR products purchased or leased under the following conditions:
- The warranty
registration supplied with each EPR must be returned to the address
on the cards within 10 days after installation with the serial number
or each EPR listed on the accompanying registration card for each EPR.
The equipment description or panel that the individual EPR is installed
on must be listed on the warranty registration card.
- Each
EPR is warranted for material and workmanship defects on a non prorated
basis for one (1) year after purchase or lease.
The EPR Warranty
does not cover:
- Abuse,
accidental damage, misuse, improper installation or moving of the EPR
to another location by an unlicensed electrician or abnormal usage.
- Improper
installation by an unlicensed electrician.
- Alteration
of the EPR in any manner
- Broken
seals on the EPR will void all warranties.
- Cost of
EPR initial installations, or warranty replacements or removals of EPR's.
